PHONE RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED, ALL RENTAL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.

Shelter Rentals

Please note that event hosts are responsible for ensuring that all elements of their event are in compliance with any state, county, or local public health orders in effect at the time of their event in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Field Rentals

Grass athletic fields close for the winter on November 4, 2024.  David A. Lorenz and Cornerstone Parks synthetic turf fields are available for rent year-round.

2025 grass athletic field schedules will be available for reservation requests on February 10, 2025.

2025 Athletic Field Rental dates:

  • Spring: March 1  - May 18
  • Summer: May 19 - August 3
  • Fall: August 3 - November 2 

For Field Rental Groups
Please note that organized team practices & games need to obtain a field permit. Drop-in groups with over 30 participants must also obtain a field permit as well. Groups are responsible for any damage that may occur during their rental time. A Certificate of Insurance is required from Youth Sport Groups, special events, tournaments & camp renters. Individuals seeking a permit do not need a certificate of insurance.

For Vendors and Concessionaires
Click on the appropriate link to access the required vendor permit(s) for each individual city. Vendors must stay compliant with the local health department and South Metro Fire.  All vendors seeking a concessionaire`s permit need to email ParkPermits@ssprd.org to process the request. Vendor/concessionaire fee is $35 per day/per location. Vendor Request Form

Field Rental Rates:

  • Rates are per hour.
  • Must have a current District account for Resident rates to apply.
  • Non-profit groups must provide proof of non-profit status.
  • Additional Special Event fees may be applied to field rentals for uses outside of sports practices/games.

Special Events

A special event is any large rental that would require adjacent fields to or between park shelters, a walk, run or race that requires trail use or for park shelters not on the online reservation system. These resources must be requested in writing and approved 90 days in advance. A special event fee, field reservation fee and shelter rental fee will be applied for events that:

  1. Require both field and shelter
  2. Events that will render the shelter and/or field unavailable to other users due to park and parking capacity.

Additionally, special event fees may be applied to field rentals for uses outside of sports practices/games.
