Trail Elevaton Descriptions

Bear Creek Trail

At its westernmost point, Bear Creek Trail has an elevation of 5275 feet and at its easternmost point it has an elevation of 5306 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 31 feet with higher elevations at the western end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 1.57 miles. 

Big Dry Creek Trail North

At its northernmost point, Big Dry Creek Trail North has an elevation of 5306 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5416 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 110 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.48 miles. 

Big Dry Creek Trail South

At its northernmost point, Big Dry Creek Trail South has an elevation of 5507 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5619 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 113 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.13 miles. 

Centennial Link Trail

At its westernmost point, Centennial Link Trail has an elevation of 5516 feet and at its easternmost point it has an elevation of 5545 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 29 feet with higher elevations at the eastern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.95 miles.  The western part of the Centennial Link Trail from South Broadway to deKoevend Park is also known as The Highline Canal Trail

Columbine Trail 

At its southernmost point, Columbine Trail has an elevation of 5425 feet.  At its northernmost point it has an elevation of 5379 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 46 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.57 miles. 

Cook Creek Trail

At its northernmost point, Cook Creek Trail has an elevation of 5840 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 6021 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 180 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 1.91 miles. 

Highline Canal Trail 

At its northernmost point, Highline Canal Trail has an elevation of 5506 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5514 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 7 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  This trail winds in and out of the district at the northern border.  The trail length is 9.01 miles.  The western part of the Highline Canal Trail from South Broadway to deKoevend Park is also known as The Centennial Link Trail

Lee Gulch Trail

At its northernmost point, Lee Gulch Trail has an elevation of 5333 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5671 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 337 feet with higher elevations at the southern end.  Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 4.56 miles. 

Little Dry Creek Trail  

At its northernmost point, Little Dry Creek Trail has an elevation of 5545 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5741 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 196 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.49 miles. 

Littleton Community Trail 

At its northernmost point, Littleton Community Trail has an elevation of 5362 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5333 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 29 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.70 miles. 

Mary Carter Greenway Trail

At its northernmost point, Mary Carter Greenway Trail has an elevation of 5319 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5327 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 8 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 8.5 miles. 

Railroad Spur/Mineral Avenue Trail  

At its westernmost point, Railroad Spur/Mineral Avenue Trail has an elevation of 5426 feet and at its southeasternmost point it has an elevation of 5522 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 96 feet with higher elevations at the southeastern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 2.53 miles. 

Willow Creek Trail

At its northernmost point Willow Creek Trail has an elevation of 5571 feet and at its southernmost point it has an elevation of 5911 feet.  This is a total difference in elevation of 340 feet with higher elevations at the southern end. Elevation varies throughout the length of the trail.  The trail length is 6.24 miles.
