Help shape the future of parks, trails and recreation programs! South Suburban’s Master Plan is getting an update, and community members are invited to share their input.

The 2017 Master Plan is largely complete, with many accomplishments including a new sports complex, playground updates, and additions of sports courts, picnic shelters, and trails. This is an opportunity to identify projects for the next five years and create a vision to guide South Suburban’s focus and goals. 

South Suburban wants to hear from residents and park and recreation users! Community members are invited to take the Master Plan survey to share ideas for improvements and provide valuable feedback. The survey will be available through Sept. 1, 2022. 

There will be additional opportunities to share input and contribute to the 2022 Master Plan update. South Suburban staff will be collecting feedback at several community events throughout the summer.
