Attention local artists! The South Suburban Public Art Committee is excited to announce an opportunity for a new permanent art installation at Puma Park. Colorado artists are invited to submit proposals for projects by Jan. 18, 2024.

It’s a great time to imagine new art for the area, as the park is scheduled for improvements next year. The Public Art Committee is seeking proposals for artworks that are durable, safe, and harmonious with the surrounding natural and recreational spaces​​. The committee has not yet identified a specific location within the park, and will consider submissions and artist recommendations for placement. 

Artwork will be selected by the Public Art Committee, a group of citizen volunteers with diverse interests in public art appointed by the Board of Directors. The South Suburban Board of Directors provides final approval for art selections.
