Play your favorite video games and explore the world of esports at Sheridan Recreation Center! Esports camps and drop-in play are coming to a newly renovated esports lounge, complete with two 55” TVs, three gaming monitors and four Nintendo Switch consoles.

Celebrate the grand opening with South Suburban on Friday, March 29 from 2-7 pm. Try out the state-of-the art equipment, play popular games and learn more about upcoming programs. Plus, attendees can make gaming crafts in the Creativity Lab. 

At the event, players are invited to enter Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournaments. The tournaments are free to enter, with cash prizes for winners and refreshments provided by Pie Society Pizza. Each player will also receive a raffle ticket to win a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.
