The Cardio and Weight Room at Goodson Recreation Center reopened on Wednesday, Sept. 11, after new rubber flooring was installed and the space was entirely reconfigured. Some features of the revamped space include new Life Fitness Insignia strength training machines, two new Alpine Runner incline treadmills, a second Precor StairClimber, and a new Smart Resistance Wall Gym apparatus. The adjacent stretching area was also rearranged and now offers an Octane Recumbent Elliptical and a NuStep Recumbent Stepper, which are great for anyone with mobility or joint issues.
